Mini Sessions
150+
These sessions are great for quick pop up sessions. Great for small announcements like birthdays, couples, maternity etc. These last 25 minutes and guarantee image release to client within 48 hours.
Full Session
250+
These sessions are great for family, individuals, or occasion. These last 60-90 minutes and guarantee image release to client within 1 week.
Small Events
800+
These sessions are great for events that need up to 3 hours of professional photography. Can include large family gatherings, elopements and more. Guaranteed image release within 4 weeks.
Large Event
1500+
These sessions geared towards quinces and weddings or large event sizes. Starting at 4 hours of coverage and includes travel fees up to 45 miles from SATX. Guaranteed image release within 6 weeks.
FAQ
How do you photograph events?
We are honored when a client reaches out to us to capture their special day. On your special day, we strive to capture the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your event unique. HMJ Photography customizes everything based off your timeline and vision to ensure we're capturing all the moments that make it so special for you! We provide a custom shot list and aid in timeline creation to make sure your day is as seamless as possible.
Where are you based and do you travel?
All of our sessions include travel up to a 65 mile radius from San Antonio, Texas. We do accept inquiries from anywhere in Texas and will build a custom quote geared around your destination. Starting in 2024, we will be accepting event bookings outside of Texas.
When will we get our photos?
All of our photos are shared via a link to an exclusive digital gallery where you can download your images for free. You also have the option to purchase directly from our site and 100% of proceeds will be donated to a non-profit that HMJ Photography chooses at the end of each year. Mini sessions = 1 week release. Full sessions = 2 weeks. Small events = 4-week release. Large events = 6-week release.
How many pictures will we receive?
A rough estimate is that for each hour of photography, you will receive 50- 75 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and we select the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
Do you provide Video services?
HMJ Photography wants to provide as much coverage as possible for our clients. We know that it is common for clients to book photo and video services together which is why we partner with a few very talented and affordable videographers to provide all inclusive coverage for your day.
Do you provide RAW files?
At this time, HMJ Photography does not release RAW photos to clients. We believe that RAW content is work left undone. It does not include our personal flare of who we are and our brand. Often, content that we capture during your event is thoroughly thought out with an end result in mind from the moment we snap the photo!
